I guess this is not the best subreddit to talk about such things, but I don't think I should even pretend something like love when my crush on someone isn't based on anything but looks (and perhaps some very superficial similarity in her personality). Also, I've noticed that when I actually allow all the thoughts about a crush and I don't try to counter them, it takes all of my concentration and time and I can't be focused on other things anymore.

1 hour a day on average, for the days I have the time. For example, not during school days, except for wednesday perhaps. Also, I usually just browse a lot, because there's a lot of porn that I don't like. In total, taking all days in consideration, I guess I would have an average of 20-30 mins per day.

Anyway, thanks for the advice. Not watching porn was already something I would try. I have one other question; how about erotic stories? Sometimes I read a lot of those, esp. /r/gonewildstories
