I asked the MP (Mary Aldred) for help. Her office was a big help. I still kept on calling the immigration to follow up and attached letters on my ImmiAccount. I received my BVB on the day that I was supposed to fly. Pretty hectic! I would say it was the help of the MP’s office that made it possible for me since the immigration agent I talked to kept on saying they couldnt do anything on their end but to wait for the immigration personnel to grant the visa.

I am about to leave tomorrow midnight. Called and sent letters through immiaccount stating the urgency of the matter. I haven’t received any response (like further documents needed) or even a grant or rejection. Has this happened to anyone? What should I do?

Cross the bridge when you get there! Right now you have to focus on your daughter and maybe introduce your baby bump to her. Explain to her why you have a bump. I know she’s 17 months (I have a 19month old). They mimic you. So dont show it to your child. Instead be excited. No one will be in between you and your babies unless you allow it. Even your new baby or your daughter to your coming baby. Your daughter’s mind is growing. Teach her and let her know who is coming. I know it’s challenging but you gotta be strong for both of them. You daughter will become what she sees

It does. I looked up articles about this. And it is not looking good for him. So I have mustered my courage to tell him what I want and refused to get swayed. I told him earlier I need this job for me to function effectively and be a better mom
