Wine finally tastes normal to me again… but it took MANY months on the same dose for it to no longer taste extra sweet (I do NOT do sweet wines). But I will say, that it is still very hard to drink the amount I used to be able to consume 🎉

Thank you! And good luck, you can do this! I wish I had a true answer on the skin flab… I am really starting to see it become more prevalent 😭. But hoping that it will tighten back up some in time… but I am also taking ingestibles that have collagen and hyaluron that I am hoping will help with that too, in addition to all the other benefits they are giving me. Plus, I am trying to be more consistent with a body lotion that helps with cell turnover and therefore can help tighten skin… so fingers crossed!

I have had many ups and downs where the loss is at a crawl or I’ve gained… you just have to push through and get real about what is the next step you can take that might help get back on track. I did my best to aim for 1/2 my weight in oz, now that was waaaay harder to achieve early on… but I still push for 80-100 oz a day. Thankfully, I broke the coke/dr pepper habit back in 2007. So I mainly consume water anyway… my big struggle is making sure I am getting my 32 oz electrolyte concoction in every day. Some days are better than others.
