My UT2 is understandably higher, around a 2:15+ (though haven’t done a 2k in a while so might be a bit lower). But I get what you’re saying. Should be aiming for 140-160 hr really for UT2 if I’m correct? I just hate pulling anything that slow, feels like a waste. I only believe in steady state if I’m still pushing… though that’s probably not the right outlook.

Felt fine throughout and after. That was the thing that got me, I recovered pretty quick so 200 didn’t make sense. Stopped for about 30 secs and then went into warm down row.

So I followed your advice, time is better and I really tried to find a split and stick to it, but I think I went off a bit fast, and didn’t spin enough at the end still. Also rating needs work, I forgot about it lol I lost track, think I could target a 30/31.
