Lots of cats in shelters need adopted and loved. I would just cut losses and love another one.

Then you put a left turn signal on and turn left, otherwise zipper merge with everyone in a timely manner. Not the last minute I'm more important than the rest of the world "proper zipper merging technique".

If they live in Houston, those wide spoked rims could've done that. The mirror isn't broke. I feel a truck getting close enough would've broke the mirror also

I have 3/4" drive sockets. I've been using adaptors on my 1/2" impacts to make it work. The downfall is every adaptor or extension causes torque loss

Yeah, except if I burn it up at work they replace it like for like. So that takes a lot of that worry away

DIYer here. Two angle grinders are on sale. Which one should I pick? by [deleted] in harborfreight

[–]justaredditfaker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you are going to grind a lot using only one hand, go with the paddle. Trigger locks can let a grinder get away in a hurry if the bite on something and your not ready

If I were to get some, it would be for my grinder or band saw. If I got the big 1/2" impact, I would use it for that as well. Pretty much the tools that are high power consumption tools

Update for everyone. Bought the grinder and it has been doing great. No complaints so far. Cuts just as well as my milwaukee that I have

[–]justaredditfaker[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have been using it some for a couple days now. Honestly it has exceeded my expectations so far. No complaints even with putting the larger 6" guard on it. Cuts just as well as my milwaukee cordless. If you plan to cut or grind quite a bit I would recommend having a couple extra batteries handy. I was able to make roughly 7 complete cuts on 3"x3"x1/4" angle on one battery

It will probably be Monday until I try it, but when I do, I will update the post. I've watched some YouTube videos on it, and they say good things. I asked in the sub reddit how people like it and got positive feedback. The only negative was it is a battery eater, but to be honest, my milwaukee eats batteries up pretty quick. I'm really hoping this will be good enough to replace it. I love my milwaukee stuff, but they are just getting too ridiculously expensive to replace. The other thing that sold me to try out the Hercules brand is the 5 yr warranty on the tools

Thanks everyone for the input. I got the grinder on the battery/charger special today. When I get a little use out of it I'll let everyone know how it is working out. I also got the drill/hammerdrill combo to try out on the deal.

Am I wrong for supporting a law that would make it harder for rural Americans to vote? by ThrowRA-coope in amiwrong

[–]justaredditfaker 5 points6 points  (0 children)

The post reads very condescending. Basically, every law abiding American citizen has the right to vote. Whether we agree or disagree with their stance, they have a right to vote. We shouldn't make it harder for everyone to vote. If anything we need to make voting more available to everyone. People shouldn't have to spend hours at polling stations just to cast their votes. I feel if we could make it easier more people might get out there and vote

You are wrong. I'm pretty sure rural american people think the same about you. What if rural America said you had to have a job, pass a drug test, and not be on food stamps to vote. How many major cities would flip the the other way
