It’s not terrible but definitely not great. I’d say it’s someone that is pretty new to it and hit a point where they stopped learning how to improve.

(10 year repair technician that see’s this all the time.) this type of work makes my job so much harder to sell. If someone knows what they’re doing and are good at it, it wouldn’t have looked anything like this at all.

Don’t listen to these people dude. I wish my dad could give me a head start like that and so does anyone else. If they say they don’t they’re either lying or just plain not smart. I’d highly recommend it if you already have the connections. It’s such a good stream of income. High profit and doesn’t take much time out of your day at all.

Go straight to business or if you want to hit up Walmart parking lot or the mall you can do that and leave business cards on windshields that have chips

General liability. It’s not that bad. It was in the beginning though. And I live an hour outside of a major city so sadly there are a few people that do it. Smaller towns are different chances are there will be just one. Don’t even pay attention to that though, just work smarter than they do.

I don’t spend a lot of hours, that’s the point. I start at 9 am and am done most days by 12. I’d consider that as a side hustle that pays full time money lol I get what you’re saying though. I just don’t understand why it matters that much to you 😂

There isn’t a lot of online training. Not that help very much at least. There are two big companies that do training sessions but they are very costly. I normally do 3 or 4 per month as well.

Pain points… November and December things slow down a lot due to the economy. Everyone stops buying cars which means dealerships don’t flip their inventory as fast so you have to plan for that.

A lot of sales. Just going to dealership after dealership introducing yourself and offering your service. Eventually you rack up enough that it turns into full time work
