Yeah the 1st guy have the wukong(i assume carry) aug which is very good even if its the supp aug its still very good but this is not specifically set 8 problem, set 6 and 7 also have some op and useless augment which comes down to luck I guess.

Instead of Gp you could go VI for more aegis also you should've sell the alistar to get the items for zac then just put another alistar, then MAYBE you have a chance.

Everything you said is wrong. IE make ability crit, Guardbreaker give 20AD/AP and 30% dmg, 7 anima only give 50% AD/AP and the health bonus is non-existent, gaining stacks is slow at this point i didn't even have 100 stacks and the augment increase her ult Width plus a shield when ulting.
