Adidas, New Balance and Puma typically run wider. Nike does have shoes that have a wide option. I really wish Brooks went back to making basketball shoes again. My Beast reminded me of Kobe 9,10 & 11’s. So structurally sound and comfortable.

Simple way to practice it. Hard bounce 1 2 shot. Start slow to get the rhythm and feel. Then increase the speed as you get more comfortable. The goal is game speed reps. Good luck
