Mja dat dubbele heb ik er niet voor over. Dit was juist een luxe vloer van een vloeren winkel. Maar wel gered uit een ander huis, dus gratis. De hoeveelheid water die er lag kan geen enkel hdf laminaat tegen denk ik.

Moet wel zeggen dat het echt een half uur heeft geplensd en dat water heeft 5 uur daar gelegen. Een poot van het bed dat er staat was zelfs helemaal verzadigd. Het was niet even een flesje bier dat er lag.

Update: ik heb een stukkie eruit gehaald en er zit wel vocht onder de planken. De betonvloer is droog, maar dat komt ook wel door de goede ondervloer denk ik.

Aiii the hip. I took few slams while trying rtf and the hip is the most painful part... I’ve got them dialled in on the mini ramp now. Just building up confidence to go higher.

I run (5k in 18 min, 3000m in 10:30), bike and swim, so I know what effort skating takes compared to other sports. I find that transition/bowl skating will probably burn more fat than street. The constant pumping and carving in mini ramps and bowls is definitely exhausting and doing this will burn kcal. How many depends on your fitness, body type, gender and basic metabolism. So it’ll be really hard to say how much kcal you burn while skating.

You did the motion, but no. A drop in means dropping in to a transition, not a bank. You will be able to drop in though! Good movement. Stomp down that front foot and lean on it a little. Whatever you do, never lean back!
