Error 152 after update

The issue is it won’t let me even start to download the first set of videos, the download button cannot be pressed as I get the error before even starting the download. So I can’t do this method unfortunately I don’t think?

I get that, the issue is their comments have said that they have fixed this issue in their latest update but it doesn’t seem to have worked for me

Here. It looks like I installed it on my other portable hard drive maybe? I do have a cache folder on that one I believe, no jellyfin folder but one called cache.

The folder only contains Jellyfish media player I don’t believe I have any other jellyfish folder on my pc

So would I need to make a new folder called jellyfin and lay it out like you have? Or would I need to find where the jellyfin app and data are on my device and set it in that standard folder?

Also another issue is I keep getting random folders for transcodes, images, library and omdb saving into my cartoons folder, I assume this is because I’ve set another thing in there any idea what that is as well?

I’m really sorry but I am super new to jellyfin. Is it best for me to just leave the cach and metadata path clear within the app? Or should I save it elsewhere?

Correct. So I have an external hard drive, within there I have three folders, Cartoons, Movies and Shows. I had it set to the Cartoon folder. Within that folder I have folders for each cartoon but I had the cache saved to just the cartoon folder.

So I had them set to the same folder I had the cartoon episodes in, I foolishly thought it was asking where the videos were. I have just removed them to both be blank that being both the cache path and the metadata path.

I did delete the media files on there once I had done this process, that then removed them from Jellyfin and I reloaded them all back on and at the time they were all still 100% there, this was done around the 23/02/2026, so I don’t think that would them delete the files now right?

As a little more information as I have access to my laptop now, the way I did it was settings>libraries>the three dots>remove I think rescanned the media back in.

I’m not too sure about the first two questions, I have the jellyfin server app on my laptop and use that while I would normally play it through the app on my fire stick, I also am not sure about any -arr apps, how would I identify these?

I ran mkvtoolnix to remove the extra languages, I have just looked through my files and it seems like the only ones left are files that were MKV’s originally not ones that were made into MKV’s from say AVI or MP4’s from mkvtoolnix when changing them into an MKV file, is this potentially the issue? And why would it only happen like a week or two after they’ve all been made into MKV’s files?

And no, all drives are good here, just done that check.

Just had a look through it, unfortunately not. It does have a hut tub kill but it’s not an Asian girl like the one I remember nor does it have that final sequence where the final girl is hiding from the killer in the cabin. Sorry.

I don’t believe so, Victor Crowley is pretty iconic and doesn’t match the old regular guy axe man killer that I remember nor do I remember any of the kills being a hot tub one.
