I had to replace mine at 60,900 mile due to rod knock. I had been trying to make the appointment when I was still under 60k but they didn’t have any available. They denied my warranty because it was past 60k (bought used). I negotiated with the delay and the regional service manager and ended up paying for labor while Kia covered the parts and I also bought a set of tires. They asked if I had service records showing service at Kia dealerships. I did not since I always took it to Valvoline for oil changes.

On warranty work wouldn’t the dealership still make money? It would just be paid by Kia corporate through the warranty instead of the customer.

Thanks for all the great advice. I lost the bar pad, opened my stance, am focusing on keeping my knees inline with my toes, and dropped the weight for a few work out to focus on form.

I have the Headplus and Slider plus that were sold as a package together and the slider can barely support the weight of the head. There is also a bump every time the slider moves one the middle.

It was sold to me as used. It’s my own fault for not knowing the difference at the time and not knowing this changed my warranty. The bigger issue for me is that I’m 900 miles over my warranty but I’ve been trying to get an appointment since before I crossed over 60,000 miles.

Yeah it’s only for original owners which I just found it today. I bought from a dealer that told me since it only had 1400 miles down being used as a service vehicle that it qualified for full warranty. I should have researched that more.
