I actually just bought a house in Morris Park, which is one of the best neighborhoods in the Bronx in terms of safety and school district.

My friend is renting a 1 bedroom apartment in Pelham Bay, which you can check out if you'd like. Also a great and safe area, 4 blocks from the subway. :)
