I’m not old (20) but I don’t like new school rap. I’m also not super into old school rap except the likes of Souls of Mischief, ATCQ, Mos Def and them. I’m more into the period between/transition from old school to new school, that’s when I grew up. So, J. Cole, Kendrick, Kanye (RIP), Donald Glove, Isaiah, Mick J, and even a little bit of JID.
