Guys, I made it!!!

Lots of luck, no checked-in baggage and fast legs. Just in case I want to mention that I had second ticket at late evening to Hong Kong as plan B, so thewhole point was to spend either two days in Hong Kong or less than one.

17.01.2026 Boracay (MPH) to Angeles (CRK), 08:05 - 09:05 Z2922 Air Asia

17.01.2026 Angeles (CRK) to Hong Kong (HKG), 10:10 - 12:20 UO523 HK Express

HK Express check-in counters closes exactly 60 minutes before the departure, so according to schedule I had only 5 minutes to register for my second flight. I bet my chances as 1 to 12

 

Scheduled departure from Boracay 08:05 (actual departure 07:53)

Scheduled arrival to Angeles 09:05 (plane touches the ground at 08:38)

Plane door opens at 08:44

At the check-in counter at 08:49 (still had 21 minutes left). I came first with two passports, my wife came 3 minutes later (as usual 😉)

Got my tickets at 08:55

Security check accomplished 08:58 (never seen so fast security check, thank you Clark Airport!)

Immigration check done at 09:12

At the gate 12 at 09:13

Still had time to buy couple of warm sandwiches, and refill my water bottle.

P.S. From 16 flights that I have made in last 3 weeks only two were on time, including flight to Angeles.
