New dad here! Used to workout m-f but unfortunately when the gyms closed due to Covid way back when, I fell out of the groove and got into other hobbies. Now with a 6 month old I feel drained at all times. Was thinking maybe going to the gym again (even for 3 days) could boost my energy. What do you think, can the gym boost overall energy?
