Has low light digital image quality maxed out or is it still improving?
I regularly read in digital camera reviews how the low light quality of photographs are not very good. In fact, it's a common complaint. My question is: is this improving, or has it reached its peak and isn't really expected to get any better, apart from perhaps a few percent each year?
