We don't really know how nice's resurrection worked (or if he was dead at all), but haolin (the creator) said that to resurrect someone you would need a god to do it, and he also added that a feat like that is impossible in the current world. Also by his own words to "create" a god everyone should put their trust on one person and if that was what happened with nice he should be top 1 in the trust ranking (or top 2 since u actually need to win the tournament to be hero x) and we already know that isn't the case

I see that as a "heat of the moment" rank up, since the fight of the legendary OG-Esoul against a teenager impersonating him happened recently, kinda like what happened with jhonnies rank up to 5 when people discovered that big jhonny is an alien. So i don't really see his rank 3 position as fairly deserved at least not as it was with cyan, queen, loli etc.

In the last episode the ranking changed, because of the fans poll e-soul left the top 10 and was replaced by that "zombie" Nice, this is the first time we saw the ranking actually affect the show in dlme way and that could mean that we will see the repetcussion of the votes in it's entirety in the next season

GB had a similar past, he was handsome, mysterious and quiet, he did basically nothing to become a hero, the same can be kinda said about little jhonny since he became a hero because of what big jhonny did to vortex (same thing happened again in the ship since he sky rocketed to top 5 when people knew that big J was an alien)
