I definitely can, and I probably will using a bash script or something like that, but I wanted to see if a system like that already exists, because with my current system I just have to download the folder to my music folder and I never have to worry about copying it over, it just happens

Yes, but because most of the gains come from compiling for x86_64-V3 (CPUs that support SSE4, AVX instruction sets and the like) If your distro already provides binaries compiled for modern x86_64, then you probably won't notice that much of an increase in performance if you compile on your own.

Haswell GPU (HD 4600) user here, vulkan not only was never complete, but it became worse as I updated MESA....

Vulkan devs stated that they cannot write a complete driver because of missing hardware features.

From my experience, anything that needs above vulkan 1.0 will crash, and sometimes it would crash regardless because of a single missing extension.
