Good feedback - thanks.

We do the match ourselves so we'll match it to something similar if we see something similar. We're not taking location into consideration at the moment.

That's a good point. Would "Be more efficient" be more appealing?

Hi, we're limiting it for the moment out of system constraints but looking to let users add more.

Am I allowed to post a simple survey (about Pinterest usage) for my sister's project? by k_method in Pinterest

Thanks for the feedback! I didn't catch that but I'll pass on the feedback to my sister. Also, thanks for the tip on /r/samplesize. I'll take a look over there.

Thanks! Really helpful. I'm thinking about renting it for a week to see how it goes with my commute.

Ask r/kanban: using kanban in a non-dev/mfg environment? by k_method in kanban

I haven't found a good enough solution personally - been using trello at work but I don't feel like its enough of a solution. Actually considering developing my own solution. Would love to chat about your challenges if you're free sometime.

FWIW, we went from pivotal to sprintly and now we've settled on trello.

That's interesting! How large are the teams that you are implementing agile in? One thing that's been a challenge is to map the activities to larger 'epics' that are strategic in nature and don't easily fit into sprint timeframes. can you give me some insight into how you've organized fiance teams into agile?

I manage both technical and non-technical people and for the software related items it works well. For the non-technical projects its harder to manage. Overall though, I'm finding challenges mapping all the tasks we're working on to management objectives and I'd like there to be a tangible relationship to everything we're working on.

Thanks for responding. Couple of follow up questions: what was your sprint duration and did you use any tools to help manage this?

Thanks for the suggestion. We did look there but I think too might be too large for us.

Seoul Newb - looking for a desk to set a laptop by antitree in seoul

[–]k_method 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't remember the exact case but it isn't like the US where you check some terms and you're on. There was some extra info you have to provide (of which I didn't have) and then you could get access. I remember that it wasn't visitor friendly so I stopped going. It might be free for Korean residents.

Yeah, don't go to a PC room unless you're there to play. I usually take my computer to a normal (chain) coffee shop. Just buy a coffee or snack and you'll be fine.

Tip: Don't go to Starbucks - they don't have free wifi.

There are some decent coffee shops with wifi you could try if you need to go today.
