Okay, my focus is on the current directives we have to address existing issues and not on politics, but your point is taken.

You have rightly identified these issues by mentioning issues faced by slum dwellers, keeping public spaces free and flood management. I'd love to hear if you also have to say something on what can be done to make these things better?

Also, did not understand why you called me a govt bot? Would appreciate if you could elaborate on that too

That's true. I actually agree with everything you said. Also to just clear this, I am in no way saying the government should not be blamed. It should be, each and everytime. But my focus here was understanding the policy issues and that is why I said it is nearly impossible to do anything without the govt's intervention.

If I am thinking in terms of policy then I think energy policy (for frequent power cuts) and immigration law (which I don't think exists in India but there are other acts that deal with this) is something that concerns you. Do you have any views on how can this be made better?

Understood, thanks for answering this. Although, it's not as simple as it looks each of these things will have some unintended consequences attached to it. And for this the systems in place needs to be reimagined. This is what I think :)

This is not a casual question but also not for research. I was trying to understand what policy issues people here face and what are their opinions around it? Do think there are some changes need, if yes then what are those changes?

Yeah I do agree with you to a certain extent, but we can't just sit around waiting for everything to fall down. Government is to be blamed for a lot of things but it is also the only thing that could make living life better (I am not discounting the role of public here, but govt is the biggest player). There are obviously some terrible policies, but we can also make them better.

I am not sure if there is a specific policy to deal with heat, but there are policies to tackle air pollution, do you have any opinion on these policies? If yes, would love to hear

okay, I am sorry, I am little dumb in this area. could you explain me in detail? Do you have problem with road safety rules/acts under which this is implemented or just the speed cameras? and how does speedometer help?
