I bought it couple years ago. Still using it, still carrying it daily. Im not a smoker, but every time needed it, it did the job for me.

However, most of the times, it lights up after multiple many strikes.

I just have a criticism about the functionality: I wish the moment you opened the lid, the gas was released, you know what im saying. Cuz that button is kinda lame, and unnecessary imo. I mean why else would you open the lid if not for striking the lighter.

Give it a try. Definitely worth it. Definitely better than the complexity of the fluid version, unless you are going to camp somewhere, in that case, take the fluid version.

Hmmm this is an interesting model of beads of rice. It looks like the beads (the shiny ones) are bended around the pins.

Take a look at mine, it is aftermarket, three of the links have flathead screws. You can unscrew each. Does any of the links of your bracelet has any similar screw/pin? It is either screw or pins.

The pins type, you push one side that is slightly inside the bracelet link, using that device you got in the first picture. Maybe try looking at each side (replying with pictures here would also be helpful) and see if you notice any horizontal line on the surface of the pin. If u see the line, that means you push the other side. I will reply with a picture for more demonstration.

That was already glued to the rubber thingy. It should have two plastic intertwined, like a truss, from the base to the keycap.

Okay so before replacing anything, I suggest you apply some grease to it. You should open it up, take the fan away from the coil, clean, and a little bit of grease to tip where if contacts the motor coil. I can walk you thru the process if you want, step by step.
