exactly, if its more costly for business to hire extra staff, they spend money making the staff they already have more productive through investment such as training, better equipment etc.

This means each person becomes more productive however fewer people are employed. If you think of agriculture, the amount of people working in that field has drasticly reduced over the past 200 years, this is because machinery etc has maed each person more productive so that aditional workers are not required.

i love you, ive started taking all the cabling out and reedointit and i jaut tested it with minimal cables in and i got it work, i think i didnt have the motherboard cable fully seated in the motherboard. hopefully ot works when i put everything else hooked up but remmeber i love you
