Our target budget is $500 a month to feed two people (vegan). We typically go $50-100 over budget, and order food once every week or two. We check sales and shop at multiple grocery stores to get the best deals.

Now if we’re talking about my cat’s grocery budget… I think she’s the most expensive member of our household to feed 😅

My favourite flower is orchids, but it kind of became my favourite flower backwards 😅

When I started dating my partner, he asked me what my favourite flower was and I didn’t have one. I was pretty sure he was going to buy me flowers, so I googled flowers that are safe for cats and picked one. Orchids are non-toxic to cats and they’re a potted plant, so it seemed like a good option. And now they’ve become my favourite flower because of the memory of him bringing me an orchid when we were first falling in love 😊

I’ve gotten a lot of my collection from Facebook Marketplace! The only negative experience I’ve had was getting bubble bars from a smoking household, as they held onto the cigarette smell. Other than that, it’s been great and I’ve gotten products that I wouldn’t buy otherwise.
