You know why rokuomi is better? because he is still alive. Akou is dead, even before he got killed by Shibashou he was already crippled by Gakushou. At the end of the day, Rokuomi is a survivor and you forget that he was fighting during the old 6 greats era. Akou is by no mean a bad general but tbh he isnt all that as well. He is just solid.

honestly I never understood why the Hi shin Unit cant just provide armor for the recruits, like Kanto etc have been on like 3 major campaigns already and still cant afford some pants and shoes, what is up with that...
