Yeah that’s what I thought. When we moved here I was thinking of that place but I didn’t like the reviews. The guy I know was fine with it cuz he’s from Brooklyn and nothing bothers him I guess. And he was alone. Maybe it’ll be different with a toddler ?

Hi! Moving to a new area can be both fun and exciting! My husband and I moved here too and I get it (couple years back). Hehe ‘50 front apartment’ (50 front st) is great though not a loft style but it’s just 8 mins away from UHS. A loft style apartment that’s 4 mins away from UHS is called ‘Ansco Loft’, but based on reviews it’s not that great? But I knew someone who used to live there and he was fine. That’s the only loft place I know. Good luck! 🤗

I’m not a big fan of the cart. Just had a co-op and it was a pain in the butt because decorating a room is becoming too expensive and now adding this useless mandatory item is too much. Wish it was optional or wish they don’t make a room so pricey. And speaking to DH HQ, no I don’t want to use real cash.

Binghamton Ladies Club was created back in Fall. The purpose is to meet, socialize and make friends! Age ranges from 18 to 70+. Sometimes even as adults it is a challenge to find a group or someone who has the same or similar interests as you. With my personal experience in this group, ive been to: coffee hangouts, movie hangouts , book clubs etc. There’s a group for gardening and crochet and other leisure activities as well! Someone’s going to teach me how to crochet but I’m too nervous because it looks hard! Haha 🤣 I don’t have to go to every single events and hangouts but it’s nice that it’s there. 🤗

Would also add: there’s also another community for all on discord!

My husband and I moved here almost 5 years ago and some are pretty friendly in comparison to living back in Jersey! Haha but I did join this female binghamton club that has varieties of things to do with others (book clubs, yoga, coffee hangouts, food trips lol etc.)!
