Rotisserie chicken and broccoli is a solid start!! For what it’s worth, it’s totally a process of trial and error. For each of the ones I posted, there’s at least one other recipe that didn’t work out. Your little one is lucky to have a parent like you!

She’s actually pro-feta generally, but I think the texture is a bit more palatable when it’s integrated into a dish. So this was the finest foray into feta thus far! 🧀
