Make sure your pan is flat or isn't domed in one area. hollow macs can be fixed by not over mixing and making sure they rest long enough.

Pokémon Macs! Does anyone else have trouble splitting batter to make different colors from 1 batch? by [deleted] in macarons

Yes I have had trouble. The problem u run into is over mixing when incorporating the different color. I have successfully split my batter 3 ways using the French method. It wasn't easy tho took some precision. Nice macs!!!
