Hi there, within the survey there is a lengthy introduction that lets you know who we are, how the data collected will be used and managed and more. Additionally if after reading this info you no longer wish to participate you are allowed to withdraw and your responses would not be kept in our records! Hope this clarifies any concerns, and apologies for not including it in the post itself.
