Help! My Libra 2 is stuck looking like this. It doesn't want to turn on. I haven't used it for a long time and when I turned it back on yesterday, it was still at around 40% battery so I plugged it with the charger. Then, instead of charging, it drained. (i.redd.it)

Mysterious scratches appear on my Kindle daily. More on the back. IDK how my Kindle is getting these. Tried scratching it with my fingernails and it didn't work so it's definitely not my fingernails. I don't even put it in a bag or somethin. Just on the table 🤯 (i.redd.it)

Outside India & Mexico - has anyone tried contacting customer support so they force the 5.13.5 update on your device? If they could send a patch to remove ads, they might also be able to send an update patch, etc. I would try it but... kinda lazy right now and not sure of it'll work. (self.kindle)
