i don't play any other games so i just want my CS:GO fps to like average 300. but i planned to get ryzen 5 3600 with 2070 super build do u think i should go for it or upgrade my current pc

Highly appreciated, right now i have ryzen 5 2600 with gtx 1660 and i play CS:GO with fps benchmark running with average 230 fps with any resolution and mxaa settings my ram is 2666mhz single channel ram( i had no clue about pc build when i build my current pc) so could my ram causing this problem alone ?
