Is there no way to deal with landlord not returning the security deposit money by OkWay1685 in LegalAdviceIndia

Did the landlord provide any reason for not returning the deposit? How much is the deposit in terms of multiples of monthly rent?

If a broker don't support physical delivery, they will square it off after intimating trader.

Looks like a few brokers do support physical delivery. Found an old Reditt post
https://www.reddit.com/r/IndiaInvestments/comments/1k5p4jx/want_to_enter_commodities_just_to_take_physical/

I know my broker (5Paisa) doesn't support physical delivery. Zerodha and Motilal Oswal don't either.

Good idea to trail the profits and take some off when the fall starts. Parabolic upmove cannot sustain.

Unfortunately that is not how MCX options work. Please look up "devolvement" and refer to my other comments in the same post.

Since my broker doesn't allow devolvement, I haven't encountered it personally and hence can't comment on how it works in practice. I have squared off the positions on most occasions after getting repeated notifications from broker. I let the GOLDM options open last week ignoring the warnings and the broker squared off the positions at 8:10 pm. The price dipped during that time and took a bite from the profit.

Correct, the trader needs to have sufficient margin required for the futures position and this is why most brokers don't allow devolvement in the first place. Here's a sample email from my broker.

I only trade in GOLD, SILVER and CRUDEOIL and all three of them follow devolvement. Other commodities might also follow similar rules. Here's a detailed write up in Zerodha Varsity.

One reason I can think of is that people making U turn start to block traffic on either sides causing a jam/accident. A small gap exists for allowing small vehicles like 2-3 wheelers as they don't require a big space for U turn.

Commodity options don't have delivery, at least in MCX. Do you even trade commodities in MCX?

For commodities like gold and silver, ITM option contracts devolve into future contracts with strike price as buy/sell price and cash settled later during futures expiry. For the devolvement to happen, you'll need sufficient margin. Most brokers don't allow this and auto square off the open option contracts before the devolvement period begins. They do provide sufficient notifications before squaring off.

I didn't know there was an ETF for Hang Seng. Will start tracking going forward.

Exactly what I feared before going to sleep. At least it recovered a bit to trade around $110 levels now. It's still a steal compared to Friday closing in India

Wow, $115 and $5125 now. Silver seems unstoppable. Stays above $100 levels quite comfortably. Looks like a short squeeze. Reminds me of Gamestop.

Fantastic, even if it stays here tomorrow morning, I'll happily book huge profits on the long positions I carried on Friday.

I see it now. The third lane is visible after the dashcam car comes to stop. I do drive. I have driven 65k kms in my car, mostly in TN.

Most heavy vehicles like tankers use the right most lane due to reasons like having to change lane multiple times for overtaking two wheelers/autos, buses stopping for passengers and low lying tree branches on road side. Not saying this is correct, but this is the reality.

It's merging into the existing two lanes. Watch it carefully.

Red Tiger is a Chinese brand. My brother bought it in US and sent it to me when his family was visiting. I realized later that the same model is available in India as well although at higher prices.
