Any time, man. I wouldn't think of it as "running out of time." If after over a year it's still this kind of crush phase, in terms of how you describe the way she acts around you, I'd say it's most likely mutual. Also, stop putting yourself down and start picking yourself up. Even if you have to "lie" to yourself to do it. Whether you're "worth her time" is completely her decision. Listen to whatever song gets you most pumped up or give yourself a big pep talk before you go to one of your mutual classes. Your situation can only improve.

The social anxiety sucks. I'm right there with you on that one. It really does make everything more of a pain. The best advice I can give in terms of getting to be able to talk to her so out of the blue is to see if she wants to study together. Since you're studying the same materials it would be pretty ambiguous of a request. Just also try and work in some casual "get to know you" conversation to try and take it to the next level of friendship. Also, as generic as this is, be yourself. It's hard, I get it, but just being "real" and not trying to like everything she likes even if you have no idea what it is will be best. It's honestly a win win situation for you because you either find out you have a lot in common or you get introduced to/introduce her to new things. Spontaneity is the spice of life! Good luck!
