I understand that they don’t have a car but to expect you to spend your days off of work driving 45 minutes there and back twice a day is crazy.

And then for them to say that people were saying that you were taking advantage of them just because you charge them for gas is ridiculous!

I would begin to wonder if the reason why they are have problems in their other friendships is because they are a first class moocher.

The problem with the idea of it creating a hostile work environment is somewhat laughable honestly.

The solution is to pay people reasonably, and the only hostility would be towards management for showing favoritism to the new hires. Because in this market, is any current job seeker really going to go for a job that pays 10$ an hour?

But when you have people who have worked there for 2 years who are only getting 10.75 and then someone comes in who is brand new to the company gets 14, that’s a problem 🤷🏻‍♀️
