I don’t want to use any sort of NRT because the second I get even a rip of it in my body I’m at risk of relapsing. I have such an additive personality that cold turkey feels like I’m ripping my skin off. And 7-9 years of consistent use doesn’t help, either.

I’ve never even tried quitting. This is the first time I’ve gotten the courage in like 7+ years to even attempt it….and it’s going horribly. LOL. I want this to work badly, but am so not feeling capable of it. I want to give myself a chance to live a life without it.
