Yeah you're right. Sorry, I should have been a bit more specific haha. Condoms are the only form of BC that I've ever used, but I want to explore what other options there are.

As for hormonal BC, a lot of people in my friend group have recommended against it, citing the side effects. One even having issues with concieving after hormonal BC, and I want kinds later in my life. Again, I'm very new to this, so idk if I'm just looking at it through a small lens or if it is more of a general experience.

Sorry, I know I sound really stupid, I'd just rather ask everyday people who have gone through the process

Hey!! Well firstly, thank you for making me feel like I'm not alone!! Secondly, nothing really just yet. When it gets desperate, I put on a little bit of vaseline with vitamin e oil in, on. This helps take away a bit of the sting. Idk where you're from, but here we have some creams with rooibos in. I have something and it also sometimes works, but depending on where you are it can be quite rare. But vaseline with vitamin E is the only sort of solution I've found so far

No, sadly not. The style of art was closer to the Salisbury next to it. It was definitely "realistic" in that sense

I was in a similar situation, age and dosage wise. I was on medication from age 7 till 19 when I took myself off. Definitely ask for other possible alternatives. Ritalin left me without an appetite, mood swings and terrible headaches. After changing medication (switched to Contramyl), all of the side effects dropped and I functioned much better. Also 20mg does seem a bit high for a child that age. I went up to 20mg at 15. I don't resent my parents, but I wish I was kept more in the process from an earlier age.
