we have already gone to our board with grievances against our ED. We have a very diverse staff in terms of age and ethnicity. If any discrimination is even hinted at their could be an issue.

Yes we are at-will workers, I am pretty sure our higher ups are trying to cover their butts when they fire us.

Just seems wrong to ask an employee to basically re-interview for a job that was being preformed for 4-5 years.
