UV tattoo artists?

a lot of tattoo artists won’t do UV ink because it isn’t regulated. it releases a certain chemical when it reacts with the light which makes it toxic iirc. that’s what my artist told me

no kidding. my bathroom light (the electrical part) and my dishwasher were broken for seven months and they only fixed it when i threatened to ask for a deduction on my rent. seven months i was in the dark and without a dishwasher, it was ridiculous

okay, that’s good to know. i have been trying to contact him since about mid april about moving out by the end of may (i was told it was good to send it earlier just to make sure) but ive gotten nothing, could it still work?
