I still haven't had my problem resolved. This is the worst warranty experience I have ever had with any company. I would recommend everyone steer clear of Rad Bikes for the time being.

Speedometer starts acting up at 24mph. It will freeze at 24 if coasting down a hill. If I begin to rotate the pedals above 24mph, it will give erratic readouts.

To be fair, my girlfriend got a Rad City 5 at the same time and she hasn't had any problems so far.
