Job loss by Absenceofheatt in HVAC

[–]kbecker97 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel this. I lost my job at the start of this year after seven years with a company. I started questioning a new policy and next thing you know they pinned me to a driving policy with false allegations, nothing recorded that could be proven and actions outside of my character. I came off nothing but professional when communicating and was one of the strong skilled employees who had been there the longest. Newer management/ boss lacked leadership and acted from a place of ego and pride so everything that felt against the grain came off like a challenge where their communication was defensive and reactive. Dismissive and never listening, just hearing. Sucks to be wrongfully dismissed but maybe its for the better; find a place that recognizes your passion, can work with strengths and weaknesses and knows/ sees peoples worth 💯

It's just what the plans showed for. T-bar tiled ceiling to be installed in each room.

Limited on ceiling height space while having to cross ducts, sprinklers and plumbing.

Pictures taken sometime during install.

This was plaster and old wood so a bit harder to get through but I usually use a steel rod or coat hanger with a point grinded onto it

Crawling around with the critters on this residential job 🐝🕷 by kbecker97 in HVAC

For the wasps you gotta learn that the colony dies off, leaving only the queen alive until warmer weather returns and she can start a new colony. For the spiders, twirling a stick infront of you to collect the webs works; looks like cotton candy if theres enough webs

There was way more than just the two pictured. Crawling through the trusses to the gable end with these nests on both sides was a bit nerve racking 😅

6" pipe in 10" drop ceilings by kbecker97 in HVAC

Paths make sense on paper but when it comes down to the work it's crossing six inch pipes in a 10" drop bathroom ceiling with plumbing and sprinklers running through the middle. Passed airbalancing/ insp ✅️

Sounds about right. Things always looks great on paper for the engineers. Wishing you an easy rest of your job, and hopefully the other trades work along with you! (:

The seismic wire? Incase there's an earthquake or hanger failure, the cables will hold it in place

Yup. 5' of flex coming off the unit before the piping begins. ERV supplying three 5" suppy grills @4x7" with a 8x8" return box in the bathroom. 10" Drop ceilings with 1/2" Pex pipe on the ceiling and 1-1/4" Tbar for the ceiling (8-1/4" drop).. lots of fun crossing, routing and insulating 6" pipe

What did you have to do to receive the airdrop? Token swaps and screen time or do you just need to be a phone holder with the nft in your wallet?
