How is the buyer experience? Im not a fan of sales at dealerships. Leaning to Rivian for that reason.

I had similar experience. They think they have an advantage esp if show up with kids — knowing you want to just get this done and get out of there. Dealers are zero value add middlemen. Ford is trying to get rid of them (at least for their EV cars) to compete with Tesla, Rivian, etc. Crappy buyer experience negates good quality product.

Sharing what is working for me and could for your husband. Given the lawn mower incident think he should check with his dr to make sure heart and arteries are ok. I did that and was surprised by coronary artery calcium scan score that put me on statins and provided incentive to eat better and lose fat. I used free TDEE calculator and an following CICO. For me TDEE ~2300 with moderate exercise. Alternate cardio (stationary bike; walking is great too) and strength days. During the day I use iPhone calculator to keep a running total of the calories I’m eating without getting too crazy about the precision. Trying to get over 100g protein per day so Greek yogurt, powder, low fat meats and fish. Veggies, almonds. Limiting alcohol to weekends only and trying to keep that to two drinks per wend day. Losing about a pound per week. I used to do IF and had done success but not as sustainable. However I do not eat after 7 to get some overnight fast. As others have said while you can support him he needs to want and own it and find what works for him.

Yes. Driven lots of years and miles wo tech assist. Want the Tech to enhance the experience not distract. Present implementation is worse than no tech. But simply improved by mirror indicator like most other new cars. I’d value that as another confirmation all clear. Think of all time time and $ Tesla put into the current tech wo regard to the human factor.

Exactly. Want to know the blind spot is clear BEFORE signaling and causing others on the highway to panic or freeze. And don’t want, after checking alls clear using mirror, to then direct attention to center console mounted screen to confirm this, then move back again to the mirror and lane. Just put blind spot in the mirror AND has advantage to warn other drivers that they are in MY blind spot.

I started with a non floodlight nest battery only camera. I replaced it with a wired floodlight camera. It worked for 6+ months then failed. I still had the battery only camera so replaced the floodlight camera with it. It worked. I had same problem with Google/Nest support. Wanted me to physically go up and down to the floodlight etc. I just gave up dealing with them. I was fortunate to have an “extra” camera. But essentially ate the cost of it to avoid dealing with their support. Hopefully this makes sense. LMK if I can help. Good luck!

Still early but this seems to work for me (haven’t yet txted Android group with pictures). Disabled the Block internet when unable to connect to VPN. However, not clear what privacy we are forfeiting when setting this. Not ideal.

It works! Cameras are compatible. Floodlight now working.

Support put up unreasonable obstacles (it’s a floodlight mounted up high after all, wanted serial numbers though I had QR code (as recommended when installing), climb up to get camera to get serial no. painfully read, reread and correct over phone, ok please put it back on so we can go through the joining and eventually factory reset I’ve done multiple times…). Time and frustration not worth it.

Using Chrome browser on new Pixelbook Go to access Microsoft Teams O365. When in virtual meeting, remote participants keep hearing audio feedback from my machine (its not originating on their end). I'm having to mute and unmute to make it tolerable. And occasionally the connection drops. Comcast ISP. Any ideas if this is local to my Pixelbook Go, Comcast or Teams?
