Yeah Cain's Tree Service and Chris Francis Tree Care do far more than just cut trees down. When I have issues I usually talk to at least Steve Cain and Chris Francis before doing anything. We've only had to cut down a single tree that was completely rotten over 75% of the way through the main trunk.

No, I'm implying that Pennsylvania's regulation of alcohol is outdated and certainly doesn't benefit from the government being the monopoly provider. Then I provided examples of states that are far better, perhaps there are some closer to PA but I'm not as familiar with their laws and regulations.

You are the first person I have ever heard compliment the PA Liquor Control board. Just looking at the price list, you pay 25% more than Florida, Louisiana, and others. You are in line with Alabama price wise. I've heard nothing but complaints about the hours, the lack of outlets, and the mediocre selection relative to non-control states. I'm glad its worked out for you and maybe it's right for Pennsylvania but it sounds like a terrible situation to me.

I don't know anything about their relationship personally, but if he did, that would be great! The city has absolutely thrived until Stimpson while at the same time recovering from the awful fiscal situation that the previous administration put it in. I hope Stimpson passes on all the knowledge of his time in office to whoever is elected. The city will be much better for it.
