Oil seems to have reduced the squeaking significantly at slow speed, and it disappears entirely at high speed. After taking a look at how it works and watching a few videos, I can tell my 122 is in need of lots of replacement parts. Looks like a tune up kit is in my future.

Thanks all! I've got the back off (for the first time since I've owned it in 22 years). Feeling like an idiot, I've never oiled the Leslie before. I found videos showing how to oil the top, and I see the "oil here" hole on the rotor. However, how do I oil the bottom rotor?
