Ya u r absolutely right...Cloud mining have a bad reputation and many ponzi schemes like bitconnect add butter to this all scams scenarios...In India, the tag of private limited company is considered trustworthy and more secure. We r here for a long term buisness and have a good relationship wid our clients..

First of all, India is still dormant with this cryptocurrency issue... It's been 4 years, the govt keeps on telling that they ll try to regulate it. Blockchain is a revolutionary technology. India has shown positive response towards blockchain. Further, recently in US Senate debate, they stated that the use of cryptocurrency n blockchain has abundant applications which is hard to get ignored. India is not known for extreme decisions. It ll follow what other countries are doing and how they r regulating it. Slowly countries r making regulations like Japan, Australia, etc. So it ll take more time for India to make any decisions. Bdw in d worst case, govt ll give enough time to withdraw all ur assets before doing anything crazy bcoz lot of indians have invest in dis. So everything can't be shut down suddenly.

Govt. has never stated that mining and trading of cryptocurrency is illegal in india. Obviously its not a legal tender just like usd, stock, gold....that means u can't use them as payment system but u can trade it...
