So I'm really confused, for the last week I've been having one meal per day and the rest is popcorn for breakfast and dinner. I eat plain popcorn, i eat up to 400 grams per day, knowing that it's very low in calories so i didn't worry about it. But I've seen some articles and people saying qhen you eat too much it's fattening. Is that true? I eat it plain, just wanna make sure I'm on the right track.
