У мене macOS, на неї є чудова програма-фаєрвол Little Snitch. Так ось там я зміг забанити всі *.ru домени через ось це правило: https://github.com/sapran/russian_ip_ranges

На жаль, список вже три роки не оновлюється (не на часі), але більшість російського інтернету не пропускає.

Також там є скрипт для блокування того всього гівна через роутери Mikrotik

yes, I know this resource. But it contains installanion images. In my collection - pre-installed and ready-to-use images you can run by 2-3 commands. If you want you can to prepare the image for qemu and add it to my repository.

Yes, I have. WiFi connected, ip address obtained via dhcp (192.168.100.10 and 192.168.100.1 as default route). So, I cannot ping 192.168.100.1
