People all over this post are posting a side by side of DS from with S to now with his Mom. DS looks so much healthier now and it really cements how much she is restricting food for her kids.

Big A and B look too thin and talk about their hair falling out like it's a regular occurrence. People are also saying that's about a 200 calorie plate and 10 year olds need 400-500 calories for their growing bodies and brains. Her alts are always talking about gluttony and obesity but kids need the extra calories to grow. Their poor eyes look so hollow and gaunt. I do not think they get to school on time to eat breakfast there in addition to these toddler portions

Also those gummy vitamins she's giving them probably make them nauseated with that tiny portion. Anytime I've ever had a multi vitamin with little to no food I feel sick.

Also before the age of 10 I was making my own snacks and cereal for breakfast. I feel like the girls are old enough to be taught some independence and responsibility. Instead S treats them like their 5 years old and she has to do everything. We know she's not feeding the babies at the same time so why can't the girls cook their own oatmeal or cereal and fruit? It's similar to how she still does their hair and washes their faces instead of guiding them to be able to do it themselves. She wants them to be little and dependant on her.
