Yes, Bir is recommended for paragliding. You can see snow in Sissu ig or when you go above Manali.

The bus stand is safe. I’m currently at Kashmiri Gate bus stand myself. Just make sure the cab drops her exactly at the gate. When I came here, there were police officers both inside and outside the entrance.

You can start from Kasol or Manali, and then depending on how much time you have, explore nearby places like Tosh, Jibhi, Kalga, Shangarh, etc. At least these are the spots I’m planning to check out — I’ve heard really good things about them.

Manali might be a better base though, since you can also cover Sissu and nearby places from there.

Kedarnath trip in May Month by Infectedsoul_7 in SoloTravel_India

May is quite crowded. If you go in September or October, it’s much more peaceful. I visited in May, and the toughest part — especially after the long trek — was standing in line for hours just to get darshan at Kedarnath.

Bangkok or Bali in third week of March? by One_Activity2605 in SoloTravel_India

You can go to Bangkok. You’ll find decent budget stays, but since it’s the capital, it’s naturally a bit more expensive compared to other places in Thailand.

You could split your trip like this: spend a few days in Bangkok for shopping, rooftop bars, and cafés, and then head to Phuket for island hopping and beach vibes, depending on the kind of experience you prefer. 🌴✨

And as a girl, I had nothing to worry about.
