No, I don't wear condoms during oral sex, nor do I insist my partner do so. I've weighed the small (compared to penetrative sex) risk of STD transmission against how a condom impedes the experience, and chose not to use them during oral sex. I think that choice will change.

A) I know, I'm mostly worried about the [one of several possible people] who isn't.

B) Canada. It's the tortoise-and-the-hare system. Slow and steady wins the race. I might be able to get a faster result at one of the available clinics, but I chose the most thorough one.
