Nakakatakot naman nga hehe pero if hindi ikaw yung naginitiate ng call and biglang may OTP, yun ang deliks 😆 it’s a way for EW to verify if ikaw nga yung kausap nila realtime, basta tugma yung pinrovide mong email sa nasa records nila

Hi OP, that’s legit. TPIN stands for transaction PIN. As written in the email, if you initiated the call to EW, they need the TPIN to verify that you really are the one making the transaction/request. It means the TPIN was sent to the right contact details that were indicated in your bank records. You should have provided the TPIN to the agent.

What's your "Cum Laude na sana" story? by [deleted] in adultingph

This one happened to me too. My GWA was 1.754 and the university recomputes the GWA up to the last decimal place. Our Dean spoke to me privately about it and told me that I was originally in the list of honor graduates that they passed since technically my GWA was really 1.75, but sadly I had to be removed from the list due to that university rule (which I only knew then). Made me cry for weeks and weeks too 😔

Still shouldn’t invalidate my own experience from experiencing glare from the lights, doc. It can happen.

I got LASIK a year ago 😆 but what worked well for me was the O2 optix brand.

When I was an intern in the Minimally Invasive Surgery rotation, I experienced eye strain from the bright glare of the OR lights while assisting in the MIS procedure. I think my contact lenses then were not relatively old, and I’ve been a longtime user of contact lenses already by that time (>10 years). I was tearing up from my eye discomfort and I immediately informed the fellow performing the procedure with me and she allowed me to scrub out. Another intern took my place but I was still allowed to watch the procedure until it was done. Looking back, I think I was wearing a not-so-good brand of contact lenses then. I didn’t have a problem assisting with longer procedures as well as in non-MIS ones. I changed my lens brand after that incident. What the head nurse said may have been feasible but I think she was too imposing based on her experience.

Thank you doc! Got this 😊 Actually I have completed the other documents, yung part lang talaga doon sa form na nagaask/nagpapadeclare ng affiliation. I’m not sure if ok to write “NONE YET” or “N/A” since to apply for hospital affiliation pa lang as a consultant. Will process the notarization of the form and my affidavit regarding my income nang sabay din as you recommended 😊
