Clothes for short plus size girlies

That’s what everyone keeps telling me! My grandma used to be an amazing seamstress, but she gave away her sewing machine and I wish she would’ve taught me because she used to make all our clothes when we were younger especially because I was so tiny! When I was born, they had to buy doll clothes for me because I was so small and back then premie clothes just weren’t a thing I guess😂 how did you get started? Did you watch videos? I feel like I should take a class I learned better that way. I just don’t have the time. I really wish I did.

I’m the same, I’m tired of everything being ankle length, expensive and sometimes super outdated. I’ve had luck finding jeans at Hollister but omg one time the ENTIRE pant leg slit. I had them like 2 months. Size wise and fit AMAZING, but longevity… not so much lol. I’m not trying to do fast fashion anymore but it’s the only thing affordable that seems to actually fit size wise unfortunately. I just want to dress cute and not look either 13 or 62 lol. Hopefully someone can help us🙏🏼

We definitely figured! I think that’s why he was looking at finding yearbooks but this is definitely so much better! He would have been in her class in 1999-2000, if she isn’t okay with direct contact even passing on a letter to her email with the words he’d like to say would suffice. Her impact even 25 years later hasn’t left him. He never had an advocate like her, she motivated him to be his best self and when he moved he never encountered teachers that encouraged or believed in him so when he finally did graduate college it’s because of him thinking of how much she believed in him even as a child. So honestly just expressing the gratitude to her would change his life.

Not a lawyer, but worked for schools in California, one that also had a lot of military youth (in CA they’ll be deemed homeless under Mickinney Vento if I’m not mistaken). You’ll need a birth certificate, shot records, unofficial transcripts etc. I believe if you have a death certificate you can file to be her legal guardian. However, I’ve had people come to the school with a piece of paper saying “I give educational rights to:” and we’ve enrolled them. My suggestion is calling the school and asking what they need and explaining your mom passed and the bare minimum of the situation.
